About the Role
As our Digital Executive, you will act as the key lead within the CIOB for all email communications. You’ll work closely with the BIU and Digital Teams to drive forward automation and personalisation of communications, utilising key information from our CRM system. The emails you will produce on behalf of the CIOB will be accurate, appropriate, compelling and have a high opening rate. You’ll act as a guardian of the brand and user experience and ensure users are being effectively communicated to at every stage of their journey.
What we’re looking for…
Our Digital Executive will have good all-round communication skills and proven experience of internal and external stakeholder engagement and management. You’ll have experience of email automation systems, of amending and customising email templates, and of writing compelling copy. Able to produce work quickly and to tight deadlines, you will have good planning and organisational skills and work well with internal teams to update and maintain digital content. Experience of researching or planning material for publication is a must, as is experience of data manipulation and interrogation.
