About the Role

As our Digital Manager, you’ll work with the wider business to identify new opportunities and improvements for the digital estate. You’ll regularly meet with stakeholders to provide digital solutions and ensure these are put into action with the digital team. You’ll gain excellent knowledge of our digital systems and how they can be used to solve problems.

You’ll report to the Head of Digital and use intelligence and analytics to inform improvements and develop a clear vision, with stakeholders for the future of CIOB. You’ll always seek to suggest new solutions and ideas for how our offering can be improved. You’ll drive forward adoption of digital technology and help stakeholders throughout the business to gain value from these technologies, ensuring that interventions are accurately monitored and measured in line with the CIOB’s strategic aims.


What we’re looking for…

We’re looking for an individual who has previous success of managing websites and using a range of CMS’s. A creative digital problem solver who can work well as part of a team, you’ll have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills with the ability to take complex requirements and translate them into a digital project. With strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams, you will have experience of delivering digital solutions utilising UX and CX. Excellent knowledge of digital infrastructure best practice is also essential.

Further frontend web development experience would be beneficial, however this is not essential.
