Graham has worked in both client and consulting roles within the Public and Private sectors, including as Head of Construction, Maintenance and Facilities Management for a local authority with responsibility for an estate comprising over 1200 assets. He has close to a quarter of a century’s experience in master planning, capital projects delivery and estate management ranging from maintenance programmes up to £3Bn projects across multiple industries including Higher Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial Offices, Retail, Residential, Infrastructure, Aviation and Transportation. 

His capital projects experience includes Heathrow airport Terminal 5, the ‘arc’ regeneration scheme in Bury St Edmunds, a research supercomputing datacentre for a Russell Group University, a commercial office and retail scheme involving façade retention on Kensington High Street, a three-storey roof-top extension to a grade II listed building, the first development at the Roman Baths in a generation to form a new education centre and world heritage centre; and the first new river crossing in the centre of Bath in a century as part of a wider regeneration scheme to provide flood defences for the World Heritage City. 

He has a keen interest in the development of digital technologies to address the most pressing challenges facing the industry and is currently working at the interface of the construction and technology sectors to enable clients to obtain a detailed understanding of the performance of their buildings and estates to reduce cost and carbon, increase wellbeing, and work towards net zero.
