BSA: Navigating Works to Existing HRB’s

Continuing our commitment to promoting modern professionalism within the built environment, building safety is now an integral part of our Members’ Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

To help our members in the North West remain up to date with the latest developments and regional regulations, we have an amazing event coming up on the 10th of June where Nasar Ishfaq of R5 Consultants will be talking through the BSA and navigating works to exisitng HRB's. Some of the areas covered will include:

• Reviewing the Safety Case
• Setting the Scope of Works – CAT A / CAT B
• Preparing Management Documents
• Change Control and Assumptions
• Capturing Information for Gateway 3
• HRB Register + Updating Registrations

SPEAKER:

Nasar Ishfaq is Director of R5 Consultants who specialise in CDM, BSA, Façade Access, Fire Safety, and Temporary Works. As a chartered Architect and Principal Designer Nasar has worked on several major projects including the Houses of Parliament, Battersea Power Station and several 30 – 73 storey residential towers across the UK.
