Summary
This July, The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Building Brum will bring together industry leaders and key stakeholders from prominent Birmingham city centre developments to explore the advantages, challenges, and opportunities of urban build-to-rent projects, while emphasising the crucial role of place-making within society.
