Colin's proactive communication skills allow him to effectively lead client teams in navigating complex challenges.

Feras Al Roumani - Principal at HKA

Feras Al Roumani is a Qatar-based Principal and Delay Expert at HKA, with over 29 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and delay analysis. An RICS Accredited Expert Witness, he has worked across multiple countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and Ghana, and has resided in Qatar for the past six years. Feras specializes in claim consultancy, forensic delay analysis, and arbitration support, assisting clients with contractual claims and disputes related to delays and changes. Proficient in planning software, he has contributed to numerous high-profile projects in the Middle East and Africa, including nuclear power plants, hospitals, airports, and mixed-use developments.
