Join us for this CPD event with Boutique Modern and Brighton University on offsite construction, BIM, and constructing 21st Century Britain.The CIOB, in collaboration with the University of Brighton, is hosting a CPD event on the use of BIM in offsite construction and its role in shaping the future of the UK’s infrastructure. This dynamic event will feature a thought-provoking interview between CIOB Wessex & Channel Islands Hub Chair, Gary O'Brien, and a team from Boutique Modern, examining how BIM and offsite construction are driving innovation in construction and urban development, and exploring how these technologies are vital to building 21st-century Britain.

Mithras House is situated on the Moulsecoomb Campus of the University of Brighton, approximately two miles north of Brighton city centre. The campus is accessible via public transport, with Moulsecoomb railway station nearby and frequent bus services along Lewes Road. Parking is available at the carpark indicated on the map near Elm House – Mithras House is accessible via the footbridge on the opposite side to Lewes Road.
