    Join us for this site visit to see the work underway at Pilot House in Leicester. Meet the team from Henry Brothers along with Angelo Cooper, Construction PM from Leicester City Council who will give an overview of the project to date and the work to be undertaken before completion in spring 2025.

    Pilot House is a former factory on King Street made up of five separate but interconnected buildings, set to be transformed into 60,000sqft of high quality accommodation for start-up and growing businesses that will support more than 250 new jobs.

    The £13m regeneration scheme will include meeting and conference facilities, a café, kitchen, a courtyard and a range of workspaces, including a co-working lounge for creative tech and digital businesses. Existing industrial features, including parquet flooring and exposed brick and beams, will be retained, while a new entrance will be created from King Street.

    The presentation will take place at City Hall, following which there will be a 5/10 minute walk to Pilot House for the site visit.

    PPE: Attendees are required to bring their own hat, boots and high vis jacket. Please indicate on the booking form if you need to borrow site PPE.
