Aalok Sonawala - PMO Lead National Programmes, RLB

Based in the UK, Aalok brings over 20 years of industry experience and an impressive track record of mobilising and establishing industry-leading PMOs for major international businesses. Having worked throughout the world, his expertise spans various sectors, including rail, airports, commercial properties, and major banking, among others.

Kishan Patel -

Kishan Patel has over 13 years of experience in design, construction, consulting and risk management. He has given his unique perspective of risk across all levels of the P3M environment. His work spans diverse sectors, including data centres, road, rail, renewable energy, nuclear, mining, commercial and hospitality, where he has supported high-profile developments by embedding structured risk management processes into project delivery.


Matt Sharp - Chief Digital Officer, RLB

Matt is Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of RLB UK; is the strategic advisor to the RLB UK Board on matters regarding Digital, Data, Technology and IT; Matt chairs the RLB Global Digital Transformation Committee advising the Global Board of RLB; and Matt is the founder of RLB Digital – RLB’s subsidiary business of Digital Construction experts.

Matt is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computing Society, is a judge of the UK IT Industry Awards, was a highly commended runner up in the UK CIO of the Year award in 2022 , is a council member of the Construction Industry Council and is a committee member of the UK Digital Skills Forum.

Matt has extensive global experience of IT, Digital and Data strategy, implementation and operations in construction and the built environment having previously worked for companies such as Sovereign Housing, Westfield and AECOM.
