    Join the team at Innovare for a tour of their state-of-the-art facility.

    Innovaré are an offsite specialist delivering low-carbon structural and envelope solutions. They are market leaders in delivering panelised offsite techniques to simplify the construction process and work in the education, health and residential sectors.

    During this presentation and factory tour we will see how they combine sustainability, compliance, and MMC at their state-of-the-art facilities in Coventry.

    PPE - please wear hi-vis vest, flat enclosed shoes (ideally saftety shoes), goggles and hard hat.

    Sustainability - How Offsite Construction, SIP's/Panelised Solutions impacts sequestered, embodied, and operational carbon and support net zero/Passivhaus builds.

    Compliance - We will then look at the nature of SIP/Panelised solutions covering critical fire, air tightness & U Value standards and compliance.

    Collaboration - How manufacturers and designers can best collaborate through shared expertise and BIM platforms to deliver snag free projects.

    Case Study – To close we cover a selected landmark case study - Our work designing and delivering the UK’s 1st biophilic and forest school designs.
