Join us for a CPD Session with UU's Colin Dermody and Graham Morley, to learn about water and wastewater services and developments in the NWUnited Utilities provide great water for a stronger, greener and healthier North West, serving over three million homes and 200,000 businesses from as far north as Carlisle all the way down to Crewe.
Colin Dermody, Operational Delivery Manager (Home Owners & Builders) and Graham Morley, Strategy, Technical & Compliance Manager, will be giving an overview of United Utilities Developer Services’ offering to customers, whether you’re a homeowner, builder, construction company or large national housebuilder.
They will provide an insight into their approach and end to end customer journey, application processes, site advice, guidance, and support as well as their mobile applications, created to make your experience as simple as possible. They will also introduce their new environmental incentive scheme, that pays you to build sustainably.

Colin Dermody, Operational Delivery Manager (Home Owners & Builders)
Colin Dermody is the Operational Delivery Manager for United Utilities Developer Services. Colin has spent the last 17 years at United Utilities, with most of that time within Developer Services. During that time, he has done various roles across the Developer Services including Construction Engineer, Field Services Manager (Managing Construction Delivery) and Contractor Performance Manager.
His current team are focussed on providing the complete end to end customer service on all new Developer Services activities from new connections, mains requisitions and diversions. With streamlined business processes, new technologies and dedicated office and field staff, the team are passionate about ensuring that working with United Utilities to secure new water services is simple, quick and easy.
Graham Morley, Strategy, Technical & Compliance Manager
Graham Morley is the Strategy & Compliance Manager for United Utilities Developer Services. Graham has spent the last 10 years at United Utilities, with most of that time within Developer Services. Graham previously worked for a consulting civil and structural engineers.
His current team are focused on ensuring their developer services team are strategically aligned to offer the best possible customer service to developers and their supply chain whilst remaining compliant with the obligations that come with working within a regulated framework.
Graham has been involved in several national groups led by Water UK including work on the Ofwat Code for Adoption Agreements and developing the new Design & Construction Guidance. Graham is a member of the Code for Adoption Agreements (Water) Governance Panel.
