Summary
This is an in-person eventThe event will discuss issues that arise on major infrastructure projects in KSA and GCC region. The format will be a panel discussion taking on the views of quantum and delay experts, legal counsel and arbitrator’s viewpoints. The format will consist of:
- 30 minute networking on arrival
- 60 minute panel discussion
- 30 minute close out, networking and questions

Our speakers
Moderator:
Michael Davies - Michael is the Country Director of Quantum Global Solutions, has over 18 years’ experience in commercial and claims management across the UK, Middle East and Far East.
Panelists:
Amani Khalifa - Amani is a partner in the Global Projects Disputes Practice and an arbitration specialist. She handles large, complex construction disputes relating to projects in Saudi Arabia and throughout the MENA region with an emphasis on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Karim Mariey - Karim is Partner in the Dubai and Riyadh Construction and Engineering group. He advises owners and contractors on the resolution of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects and has experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation.
Moneer Khalaf - Moneer is the Regional Director of Quantum Global Solutions MENA, is a highly experienced claims specialist with over 29 years of experience in the construction industry and a track record in project delivery in a variety of capacities, including a general contractor, project risk management and dispute resolution consultant.
Lucia Vernon - Lucia is Country Director for Moderator, an experienced consultant on a team carrying out forensic delay analyses in several different countries.
