The Fair Payment Code

Late payments and long contractual payment terms are causing major problems for businesses across the UK economy. As part of the government’s strategy to tackle this challenge, the Office of the Small Business Commissioner recently launched the Fair Payment Code, that awards businesses that pay their suppliers fairly and quickly.

In this webinar, the Commissioner will:

• give an overview of the Code,
• outline the application process and the support available to firms going through that process,
• And talk about the potential benefits for businesses in the construction sector that join the Code.
