The Department of NI Health Estates Procurement delivers a diverse range of projects quickly. The DSS can be used to procure projects from a Capital Value of £30,000.00 to approximately £4.5m.

Providing opportunities to procure works for

• Building Projects
• Civil Engineering Projects
• Mechanical Projects
• Electrical Projects or
• A mix of any of the above.

Projects can range from Acute Hospitals, Specialist Medical units and Non-Health Sector multi- functional/mixed occupancy buildings with critical engineering services. Also Installations and Specialist equipment such as: operating theatres; renal units, major infrastructure schemes, bridges, tunnels, public realm schemes
