With an MBA in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying, where she graduated with top honours, Sadhana combines strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of sustainable construction practices. As a LEED Green Associate, she actively supports clients in integrating sustainability into cost planning and decision-making. Passionate about digital transformation and green building solutions, Sadhana is part of the Emirates Green Building Council Women's Network and is committed to driving innovation and efficiency in the built environment.
Sripati Srinivas Voona - Cost management & Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall
Voona is a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a strong focus on cost management, carbon assessment and digital transformation in the construction industry. Holding an MBA in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying, he combines cost management expertise with a data-driven approach to whole life carbon analysis. As a LEED Green Associate, Voona is committed to advancing low-carbon solutions in the built environment and is currently pursuing a RICS Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) certification to deepen his expertise in carbon impact evaluation. At a company level, he is spearheading digital initiatives by developing integrated cost and carbon reports, enabling informed decision-making to drive sustainability and net-zero strategies.
Seb Davies - Cost Management Director at Rider Levett Bucknall
Seb began work in the construction industry in 2011, later joining Rider Levett Bucknall in 2016 after five years in London. Currently based in our Dubai office, he serves as Director of Cost Management and as our regional BIM lead. Seb has developed a comprehensive knowledge and experience base, continually enriched through client focus and collaboration. He has extensive and diverse experience in managing the phases of the project life cycle, including all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management, as well as contracts and claims.
