Response to DECC on the consultation on Private Rented Sector Energy Efficiency Regulations (domestic)

Summary

CIOB provided a response to the Department for Energy & Climate Change (DECC) Private Rented Sector Energy Efficiency Regulations (Domestic)(England and Wales) consultation which ran between 22 July 2014 and 2 September 2014.
