Response to the Senedd's Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Bill Consultation

The Senedd's Equality and Social Justice Committee called for evidence on the forthcoming Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales). Our response covers the positive and negative effects the Bill may have on the construction sector in Wales, including for SMEs.

Overall, we are in favour of the Bill and it is well aligned with our work on key areas, including modern slavery and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
