Paul Young

My first job on graduating in 1987 was as site Engineer for Balfour Beatty where I stayed for 10 years rising to Project Manager. Over the next 20 years, I worked for another 2 major contractors rising to Contracts Manager. In 2010 I moved into work winning and pre-construction management as Bid Manager. In 2017 I took an opportunity to move back into production and was Operations Manager working on a varied portfolio of new build projects across the North. I am currently Head of Operational Excellence at Equans Regeneration Limited where my work involves improvement and continuous development work across the division.
