Steve Nitman

I joined the industry working for a long-established family company based in the South East as an indentured trainee, after time spent in a numbered of disciplines I settled into quantity surveying. I moved companies to expand my construction experience working for both national and international companies covering a wide spectrum of markets including leisure, law and order, education, retail, pharmaceutical, industrial, food, commercial, airports, and rail.

I work for Willmott Dixon as a commercial manager, where I also act as a mentor for those wishing to gain professional membership within the Midlands Region, notably they are supportive of my involvement within the CIOB. I am currently involved with the professional conduct committee and the Grievance and Appeals board. I am extremely proud to continue to be so closely involved.
