CIOB begins global search for outstanding talent

The Chartered Institute of Building has launched its new International Outstanding Achievement Awards (IOAA) to discover the hidden heroes within project teams. 

This unique new competition is free to enter and spans the disciplines of the built environment. Encompassing fields as diverse as procurement, people management, conservation, design, building standards, facilities and health and safety.

Alan Crane CBE Past President of the CIOB and chair of the judging panel said; “The Institute is proud to run the most exacting awards in the industry.  Our Construction Manager of the Year and International Innovation and Research awards have been recognising the very best talent out there for many years and we are delighted to add IOAA into that stable.

“These awards celebrate the achievement and talent that sits in a wide range of disciplines; who until now have not had enough opportunity to be recognised for the excellent contributions they make. We want to shine a light on them and showcase what ‘outstanding’ means to our industry.”

Entries are welcome from individuals of any size organisation and from any country in the world.  You do not have to be a CIOB member to take part.
