New building control regime for higher-risk buildings and wider changes to the building regulations in Wales

Welsh Government is seeking views on proposed changes to the building safety regime and building regulations in Wales. 

CIOB will be submitting a response to this, and we welcome input from members across Wales and those in the wider UK who may undertake work in Wales.
