Timothy Clement

Director of Social Value & Sustainability at Morgan Sindall Construction

Tim empowers internal and external stakeholders to enhance communities and to responsibly deliver low carbon, resource efficient and nature-rich built assets.

With a background in design management, he studied Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment at the University of Cambridge, with a focus on the empirical and sociological aspects of the sustainability of buildings.

He also created CarboniCa, the innovative and award-winning whole life carbon reduction tool for the built environment.


Kane Greenough

Senior Sustainability Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction

Kane is a renowned authority in sustainability, serving as a key driver of innovation and environmental responsibility at Morgan Sindall Construction, one of the UK’s leading main contractors.

With a career spanning over 30 years in construction, Kane brings unparalleled expertise to his role, where he champions sustainability across the company. By collaborating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, he ensures sustainability is embedded into every facet of our operations. Kane’s initiatives focus on reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, advancing circular economy practices, promoting responsible sourcing, and enhancing supply chain resilience.

Since joining Morgan Sindall in 2019 for the North West business, Kane has become a pivotal figure in aligning the company’s operations with its sustainability goals. His leadership in lifecycle assessments, waste reduction, and circular economy principles has been instrumental in driving positive change both within the company and the wider construction industry.

An engaging speaker and educator, Kane has guest lectured at several universities, sharing practical insights on managing carbon, implementing circular economy strategies, and reducing waste in construction, from design through to site operations.
